Two Cons and the NFL

Michael Vick signed with the Phiadelphia Eagles yesterday. He will be eligible to play in a game for them after serving a six game suspension, imposed by the league commissioner.

Being a lifelong Cowboy fan, I hate the Iggles. I hate them even more now. I am a dog lover, and what he did is not forgivable. I can't wait until a dog loving safety gets him in his sites and seperates him from his helmet.

Cleveland Browns receiver Donte' Stallworth has been suspended by the commissioner for the entire season without pay. Sports pundits are expressing shock over the severity of the punishment. Good God people, this guy killed someone while he was driving drunk.

The legal system gave him a tiny slap on the wrist (30 days) because he is a big time football star. Yes, he loses a lot of money being out the entire year. What should have happened was a lifetime ban, immediate cancelling of his contract, and forfeiture of all money due to him under the contract.
