Obama DoJ Kills Richardson Investigation

New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson has been under investigation for illegally accepting 'pay for play' bribes. A grand jury has been seated since 2008 looking into the matter. The investigation was the key item cited in Richardson's loss of Obama's Commerce Secretary position.

Richardson has been accused of sending high dollar state issued bond work to one of his top donors.

The investigation was killed by top members of Obama's Department of Justice, who have refused to give their reasoning to the US Attorney's Office in Santa Fe, the center of the investigation.

So, Obama's cronies have stepped up and protected one of their own, once again, from investigation into their illegal activities. Not really surprising, is it?

Richardson's office declined coment - the governor himself is in Cuba, representing his state on trade visit. Let's see, an international trade agreement between New Mexico and Cuba? More than likely, he's hobnobbing with the Castros, some of Obama's biggest supporters.
