Some of you might be in the Twitter world. I am not. I have no use for it at all. That being said, there is some poser out there masquerading as 'voodoowarrior' on Twitter. He is some dude from England by the name of Warren.
Now, I don't know anything about Warren, so will not say anything bad about him. I like the English, spent three years living in that wonderful country.
Just don't be confused by imitators out there - he ain't me!

Cheney, or Gibbs?
Vice President Dick Cheney yesterday blasted the Obama Administration with both barrels on their incompetent handling of security matters, the GWOT, and their decision to investigate and prosecute members of the CIA and the Bush Administration.
Robert Gibbs, Obama's so called press secretary, fired back like a limp noodle today -
"This is the same song and dance we've heard since literally the first day of our administration. The Vice President ... clearly had his facts on a number of things wrong."

"It's an outrageous political act that will do great damage, long-term, to our capacity to be able to have people take on difficult jobs, make difficult decisions, without having to worry about what the next administration is going to say." - Vice President Dick Cheney, Aug. 30

Gibbs declined to enumerate any specific facts that the Vice President had clearly gotten wrong. Hey Mr. Gibbs - you've heard it since Day One because you've been wrong since Day One ....
Now, I will not jump in on what I think of the subject matter - that is pretty evident. But, I ask you, who would you put your belief in:
A man who was a key member of the team that kept our country safe from attack for over 7 years in the aftermath of 9/11:
Or a 'man' who has never served his country in any capacity, one whose command of his position has earned him the mantra among the Washington Press Corps as the 'worst press secretary in history', one whose wit and wisdom can't help him escape out of a wet paper bag:
Which of these two men would you call to service if you knew the country was in danger? 'Nuff said .....
Now I Understand .....
Now I understand completely how Obama the Immaculate got elected. Here are real interviews sampling his die hard voters on election day. This is not staged satire. Note the incredible depth of knowledge displayed by these Obama supporters ... their grasp on current affairs, politics, and the American government should make us all proud.
This video has been floating around the internet for some time now, but I just got a glimpse of it. Posted here for your convenience.
Good God, it's no wonder he got elected - these morons will believe anything!

This Fellow is Worth a Read
Meet Charles Krauthammer. Mr. Krauthammer is a Pulitzer Prize winner, and serves as a columnist for the Washington Post. He can be seen frequently on Fox News' Special Report, where he serves as a member of their opinion/debate panel. Mr. Krauthammer's political insight makes him one of the most respected pundits on Washington politics, in my opinion. His strong conservative stance will make members of the left disagree with that last statement, for certain! He regularly posts op-eds on Real Clear Politics, and many are carried in newspapers throughout the country. If you want to know what is behind the facade put up by the liberal main stream media, you might want to check out his writings. He's a bit hard to listen to on TV at first, but concentrate on what he is saying - he's a very smart man, and knows what he is talking about.

Thoughts On Ted Kennedy
I'm going to limit my discourse on the passing of Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-MA) to three points.
First, the incredible hypocrisy of the left, who were trying to rename ObamaCare into the Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Reform Bill before his body was even cold - hoping to cash in on his passing with a little momentum for socialized health care. I have a better idea - Congress should pass the Ted Kennedy Memorial Drunk Driving Vehicular Manslaughter Mandatory Punishment Bill - this would mandate specific jail time and other punishments for those people who kill someone while driving drunk, regardless of how famous or well connected the drunk is.
Second, I have heard Kennedy referred to as many things over the past few days, but the one thing that really turned my stomach was that he was a great compromiser. Bullshit. Kennedy was the master of Northeast strongarm politics. He didn't compromise with anyone - he forced them to accept his stand, and then portrayed it as a compromise to convince the victim that they actually participated.
Third, Kennedy was the poster child for arrogant, liberal, Ivy League elitists - people who think they are so far above other folks that they don't have to follow any rules. This multi-millionaire protrayed himself as the friend of the blue collar worker - champion of organized labor - fighter for the little guy against 'the machine'... Bullshit - it was all a lie crafted to keep him in office.
I didn't like the man. I didn't like his politics. I didn't like where he wanted to take this country. Why should I pretend to fawn over his memory?

Race Bating Liberal B*tch

Sorry for the title folks, but people like this realy piss me off.
Meet Rep. Diane Watson (D-CA). She represents the 33rd district, downtown LA. This district is about 80% minority (how can it be a minority then?). This woman held a 'healthcare town hall' meeting yesterday evening. She did not know she was being recorded. As far as I can tell from the reports, the only reference to healthcare during the meeting was the statement that those who are opposed to it are just wanting Obama to fail. The rest of it was a mosh pit of anti-Bush, anti-Republican rhetoric meant to incite the African-American crowd. In addition, she lavishes praise on Fidel Castro, the Cuban revolution, and Cuba's health care system.
I just don't understand it. People like this, far left liberals who hate this country, are orgasmic when they discuss Communism, Socialism, and Facism. It's a tired old line, but if they hate it so much, why don't they just get the hell out?
Dallas ISD Has a Moment of Clarity
The Dallas Independent School District has a policy requiring the naming of schools in its district to be proposed during the spring. Members of the DISD Board of Trustees had pushed to waive that requirement, in order to rename a new school (scheduled to open in 2013) after Sonia Sotomayor, and to rename a currently open school after Barack Obama. The reason for the rush was not made clear, but I believe they wanted to do it while the 'iron was hot', and no one would dare opose it.
Irregardless of how one feels about the renamings, the manner in which it was to be done would violate district policy.
Last night, the Board of Trustees voted on the proposed Sotomayor naming. Four members (two black, one white, one hispanic) voted for the renaming. Four members (two white, two hispanic) voted against. One member (black) abstained. Lacking a maority vote, the proposal failed.
The proposal for the Obama renaming was pulled from the agenda before the meeting, perhaps because the sponsors knew it wouldn't pass and wanted to avoid the embarrassment.
The trustee who was pushing the proposals immediately played the race card.
"I don't know if some of you are afraid of a strong Latino woman or not. It's so disrespectful to Hispanics in that part of Dallas." - Ron Price (who is not-hispanic, hence his improper use of Latino instead of Latina)
So, if you uphold the rules/law, and it goes against what the liberals want, you must be a racist.
This is such a good study into the mindset of the left wing kooks who are running our government. They are like children who are spoiled rotten - rules mean nothing, laws mean nothing, common sense means nothing. If they don't get what they want as soon as they want it, they start crying and screaming at the top of their lungs, and call their 'enemies' names. It would be laughably pathetic, if it weren't so serious.

Obama DoJ Kills Richardson Investigation
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson has been under investigation for illegally accepting 'pay for play' bribes. A grand jury has been seated since 2008 looking into the matter. The investigation was the key item cited in Richardson's loss of Obama's Commerce Secretary position.Richardson has been accused of sending high dollar state issued bond work to one of his top donors.
The investigation was killed by top members of Obama's Department of Justice, who have refused to give their reasoning to the US Attorney's Office in Santa Fe, the center of the investigation.
So, Obama's cronies have stepped up and protected one of their own, once again, from investigation into their illegal activities. Not really surprising, is it?
Richardson's office declined coment - the governor himself is in Cuba, representing his state on trade visit. Let's see, an international trade agreement between New Mexico and Cuba? More than likely, he's hobnobbing with the Castros, some of Obama's biggest supporters.

How Do You Make Sense of This?
A 17 year old high school student was killed Tuesday in Bridgeport TX (just west of Ft. Worth). The young lady died when a concrete and steel awning collapsed on her and a friend as they passed underneath. Her friend was injured and is recovering in a hospital.
We lose some of our young to a variety of causes - drunk driving, auto accidents, illness, disease, athletic accidents, etc. Each loss is devestating, but usually can be attributed to something that is understandable. If the two girls had been 5 seconds earlier, 5 seconds later, or walked 5 feet to one side, this wouldn't have happened.
I have a great deal of sympathy for the family - not only do they have to cope with the loss of their daughter, they have to try and make sense of such a senseless death. I pray that God helps them through this....
If you believe, you might want to say a prayer for the family of Leslie Denison - they need all the help they can get right now .....

Obama Regime Reacts to High School Attack
An armed teenager was prevented from carrying out a Columbine style attack in San Mateo CA's Hillsdale high school on Monday. The 17 year old was carrying a sword, a chainsaw, and about a dozen pipe bombs. After detonating two bombs in an empty hallway, he was confronted by two teachers, at which point he ran. A third teacher caught and tackled him. The principal then arrived, and they held him down until police arrived.
Reaction from the Obama Regime has been swift:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has called for an immediate ban on all assault rifles, shotguns, handguns, and rifles, calling this the latest example of how the NRA has corrupted the youth of America. (Her spokesman stated that even though no firearms were used in the attack, that was irrelevant.)
Attorney General Eric Holder has announced appointment of a Special Prosecutor to investigate the Bush Administration and the CIA to determine exactly who approved CIA mind control experiments that surely caused this incident.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid decried the attack as a ploy by his Republican opponent in the 2010 Senate election (who by the way is leading Reid by double digits in the polls) of sponsoring the attack to embarrass Reid, since CA is the state next door.
Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA) announced the formation of a special sub-committee which will, under his leadership, investigate the three teachers and principal for their use of torture in apprehending the defenseless youth.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be sent on a critical fact finding mission to New Zealand. What she is supposed to be finding out there has not been announced.
Former President Bill Clinton will be appointed Special White House Ambassador to the school, where he will conduct thorough, private interviews with all teen age girls in attendance.
Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner announced a $100,000,000,000 infusion into San Francisco area school systems, along with the firing of all CFOs of those school systems and their replacement by a government appointed Czar.
CA Senator Diane Feinstein blamed the incident on CA's Republican Governornator, saying that the state's financial woes, brought on entirely by Arnold, drove the kid to the brink of insanity.
CA's other Senator, Barbara Boxer, defended the boy, stating he must have been driven to this act of protest by the illegal and immoral actions of Vice President Dick Cheney. She demanded a special session of the Senate be convened, with Republicans barred from attending, to study the situation and start impeachment (retroactive) proceedings against Cheney.
MSNBC's main political commentator, Keith Olberman, on his show last night was just seen shaking his head and muttering "That Damn Bush ..." over and over.
Vice President Joe Biden was heard asking when the kid will be invited to the White House for a beer.
President Obama the Immaculate's reaction was swift and decisive - he blamed Rush Limbaugh for bribing the kid to carry out the attack, in order to take momentum away from the Obama Health Care Reform Act ... um, oops, sorry, its now the Obama Health Insurance Reform Act ...

My Hero Flies With The Angels
My father took his final flight this evening. After 10 years of defending this country in the air, and 28 years of moving this country through the air, he didn't need any man-made wings for this last flight. He rode on the Wings of Angels to the highest of heights, and now flies as the Lord's co-pilot. Godspeed, my father .... my hero..
Update - My father was laid to rest yesterday in the DFW National Cemetary. My thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers.

Howard Dean Goes Off His Rocker Again
Howard Dean, illustrious ex-Chairman of the DNC, ex-head of the Democrat party, has a history of saying the most idiotic things. Well, he's done it again, and this one is a real eye opener. Caught on tape from today's Stephanie Miller Show (which I admit to never have heard of):
Yes, he really does say that Republican members of the US Senate are out to kill Obama. He then stumbles all over himself trying to backtrack, but just succeeds in looking even more stupid. This is one of the leading voices in the Democrat Party - doesn't that make you feel good?
