Eric Holder - MIA Again

Eric Holder ought to be on the ground in Wisconsin right now, with an army of DHS agents and investigators.  Not to investigate phantom voter fraud by evil Republicans.  Not to investigate campaign finance law violations.

To investigate death threats made by liberals against Governor Scott Walker.

Phone lines and twitter postings have been running rampant with angry libs begging for someone to kill Walker, or threatening to do it themselves.  Both are serious violations of Federal Law.  However, not a peep from Holder or Obama's DoJ.  Not a whisper from Democrat operatives across the nation denouncing this reprehensible reaction to a lawful election.

Mr. Holder - where the f**k are you?

I guarantee you that if the Democrat had won the election and some right wing idiots had made these threats, Holder and his brown shirts would be all over the news and Wisconsin.  Democrat pundits would be demanding that Mitt Romney denounce these threats, and hint that he was behind them.

Where Are Holder And The Rest Of Obama's DoJ Brownshirts?

I want to know why Obama's puppet Eric Holder and his army of DoJ Democrat operatives aren't front and center in this Miller/Zimmerman mess. Specifically on these two issues, they should be leading an intense investigation into these hate crimes related to the main case:

First, noted 'film director' and racial pot stirrer Spike Lee has taken upon himself the sacred duty to publicly out the address of George Zimmerman, to facilitate demonstrations and attacks on the man's home and his family. Lee has done this via twitter. Unfortunately, he tweeted the wrong address. After it was pointed out as incorrect, he tweeted it again - the same incorrect address. The poor elderly couple who lived at the address he outed have been forced form their home and are living in hiding at an undisclosed hotel.

The couple should sue Lee for everything he has for doing this.

Lee should be brought up on hate crime charges, no matter if the address was correct or not, because he was facilitating a racially motivated attack on a private citizen.

Second, the head of the New Black Panthers publicly stated he was offering a $10,000 bounty for George Zimmerman. I haven't seen the text of the offer, but I am pretty sure he wasn't offering the money to have Mr. Zimmerman join him for a cup of coffee to discuss the situation. A private citizen offering a bounty on another private citizen is equal to offering a murder for hire contract. This man should immediately be arrested and charged as such. Has not happened.

The man was arrested, but for an old illegal weapons charge, which he has since been bailed out on.

Not only has Obama's DoJ not acted on either of these heinous acts, we haven't heard so much as a peep of condemnation from Eric Holder, DoJ spokespersons, or even His Highenss himself on these hate crimes or their perpetrators.

More Eric Holder Insanity

Eric Holder, the most incompetent political hack Attorney General in American history, has stuck it to the American people again, at the behest of his boss.

Meet Tony West. Mr. West is Holder's selection to fill the number 3 position at the DoJ. This position is currently tasked with crafting policy regarding the terrorist prisoners held at Gitmo.

Mr. West is best known for his defense of convicted terrorist John Walker Lindh. You may remember Mr. Lindh, a Gitmo detainee, an American captured in Afghanistan while fighting with the Taliban against American troops. Mr. Lindh, who is now serving a 20 year sentence.

Now, Mr. Lindh was entitled to a defense attorney during his trial, even in a military tribunal. However, that shouldn't enhance the attorney's resume for a top level policy position within the DoJ, particularly one overseeing Gitmo. This is particularly true considering Mr. West continued promoting Mr. Lindh after the trial, stating in public that Mr. Lindh had a lot to offer society after his release.

The firm that West worked for at the time also defended two other terrorists housed at Gitmo.

Mr. West is clearly not qualified to serve in any top position at DoJ, due to this incredible conflict of interest.

West was a finance co-chair for Obama's campaign in the 2008 election.

Mr. Holder, You Owe Me An Apology

Our esteemed Attorney General, the highest law enforcement official in the United States, has told the world that criticism of him and boss Obama is all driven by racism. According to him, if you disagree with the Big O, you are a racist.

Mr. Holder, I disagree with almost everything you and your boss have done since taking control. Your policies, declarations, and actions have done horrendous harm to my country, and it is clear that you intend to continue your destructive goals. Now, do I hold those opinions because the two of you are black? Hell no. As I've stated in my writings before, I don't care what color you are, I would have the same opinions if you were purple, green, white, or pink polka-dot.

Mr. Holder, I do not consider myself a racist. I take offense at you calling me one. Your accusation is racist hate speech.

I demand an apology.

Holder vs. Miranda?

Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder has asked Congress for a law that will allow terrorist interrogations without informing them of their 'supposed' Miranda rights (foreign combatants, i.e. terrorists, don't have civil rights under US law). He said that investigators needed more flexibility in interrogating suspects than is currently granted under a Miranda exception law, passed by Congress to allow interrogations without the presence of a lawyer in cases where imminent mass casualties were expected.

Holder wants more latitude in getting info from our enemies. On Meet the Press this past Sunday, he stated "We are now dealing with international terrorists, and I think we have to think about modifying the rules that interrogators have and somehow coming up with something that is more consistent with the threat that we face now".

Huh???

Where have you been for the past decade?

Why were you and your far left kook friends savaging President Bush when he tried to do this in the aftermath of 9/11?

This is a prime example of the arrogance of the left. Almost 9 years after 9/11, it has taken their superior brain power to declare that we are actually dealing with terrorists.

On the surface, Holder's request seems to be a step in the right direction. Obama was stung by the backlash he faced when the Christmas bomber was Mirandized, and after the Times Square bomber was Mirandized. It's a political tack back to the center a bit, in order to squash the criticism. The optimist in me hopes that maybe they are waking up and will actually try to protect us. The realist in me looks at their track record so far, and shouts 'PROVE IT'.

Holder Wants Your Guns

Eric Holder, Obama the Immaculate's Attorney General, has stated openly that he believes it is time to ban assault type weapons in the US.

Leftists in this country have been attacking the 2nd Amendment right of US citizens to keep and bear arms for many years. Their excuses have been varied, but it always boils down to the government knows best, and private citizens can't be trusted.

The excuse Holder is using for this latest attempt is the violence in Mexico. According to him, preventing US citizens from owning this type of weapon will keep the weapons out of the hands of Mexican drug trafficers. Huh? Mexican drug cartels are quite possibly the third best armed force in the western hemisphere (behind the US and Canada) - they already have the weapons, and access to all they want from sources outside the US.

As an excuse, this doesn't hold water. Why can't this man be honest with us? Why can't he just come out and tell us what he wants to do and why? Because, if the truth comes out, he will be shouted down so fast and hard that he'll be deaf for a week.

65 Democrat members of Congress have already sent him a letter telling him not to pursue this. From a Republican perspective, Holder pursing this would be golden - few issues energize the voters more than gun control, and gun control advocates lose elections when they run on that platform.

To be honest, I have mixed feelings about assault type weapons in public hands. By definition, these are semi-automatic clones of military rifles, such as the AK-47 and M-16. It is fun to fire these things. They are useless for hunting. Many folks buy them for self defense, though there are better weapons for that purpose. I don't own one, but would like to have an M-4, just to go out and plink with it occasionally. For the government to tell me I can't have one, well I object to that considering our founders gave me the right to own one. I don't have a problem going through a background check or waiting period prior to purchase, if the government chooses to implement those checks.

Does that sound wishy washy? I guess it is. I hate to hear that some jackass has used a AK-47 with a 30 round clip to shoot up his workplace and kill a bunch of people. I also hate to hear Democrats telling me I can't own one. What is the perfect answer, I don't know. What I do know is that a complete ban on them is un-Constitutional. What I also know is that if Dems are somehow successful in banning them, that will just be the beginning ...
