Helen Thomas - Dead at 92



Former White House Reporter Helen Thomas has died at the age of 92 after a lengthy illness.

You will undoubtedly hear all kinds of Washington types, media and politicians, singing her praises over the next few days for being a groundbreaking reporter.  She covered 10 Presidents.

Thomas was a far left lunatic.  There was never any attempt by her to try and cover things in an impartial manner.  Her open hatred of all things Republic and Conservative was widely known and acknowledged.  She was an open, unabashed, and unapologetic anti-Semite, using her status and forum to constantly attack Israel.

Normally, I hesitate to speak ill of the departed, but in this case I find no moral dilemma.  Thomas was an evil old hag who misused her position for decades to forward a radical left wing agenda - all the while posing as a 'reporter'.  Our country is far better off without her.

Now, if the entire staff at MSNBC would just manage to go away  ....

Michael Moore's Divorce Exposes His Hypocrisy

Michael Moore's and his wife are getting a divorce.  Good for her, shows some indication of intelligence to get as far away from this lunatic as possible.  (Doesn't say very much about her that she married him in the first place however.)

I personally don't care, but found a bit of amusing information in the announcement.

Michael Moore, scruffy, grungy, dirty, moronic looking idiot has carefully crafted his image, both physical and behaviorally, to put forth his mantra of being 'down with the struggle'.  He's the epitome of the blue collar working stiff, the poor every day schmuck that The Man (as represented by the Republican Party) takes advantage of.  It's part of his schtick, part of what sells his brand and makes him a living.

Michael Moore's divorce papers indicate that he's worth over $50 million dollars.

Does that sound like a 99%er?  Does that sound like a hero of the working man?  Does that sound like an un-apologetic fan of Socialism?

I'd sure like to know how much money they have given to charity per year, and how much they overpay in taxes every year, just to help his big government buddies out. 

C'mon, Michael.  Clue us in.  Tell us exactly how you've been walking the talk over these years.

These People Just Have No Shame ...

The tornado that ripped through Moore, OK yesterday had been off the ground barely an hour before Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) took to the floor of the US Senate to blame Global Warming for the disaster.  She was not alone.  Left wing moonbats all over the place were spouting out to anyone who would listen that this was caused by man made global climate change.

Sen. Boxer, in particular, was despicable.  She used her time in front of the Senate chamber to push for passage of her Carbon Tax Bill:

"This is climate change.  This is climate change. We were warned about extreme weather: Not just hot weather, but extreme weather. When I had my hearings, when I had the gavel years ago — it’s been a while — the scientists all agreed that what we’d start to see was extreme weather.”

“Carbon could cost us the planet.  The least we could do is put a little charge on it so people move to clean energy.”

Her legislation, co-sponsored by Sen. Bernie Sander (Idiot-VT), penalizes with a 'tax' companies and individuals that actually use coal and oil.  The tax is designed to do nothing but hurt citizens and put money into the government's pocket. 

Senator Boxer, may I ask you a question?

First - Moore, OK has been hit 3 times by F4 tornados.  1999, 2003, and yesterday.  If your incredibly important hearings were correct, and we would begin seeing terrible storms after the hearings, then the 1999 and 2003 events didn't actually happen and must be figments of a far right wing conspiracy, right?


Additionally, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) made a complete fool of himself  on the Senate floor by blaming the lack of belief in global warming by the people of Oklahoma for bringing the disaster down upon themselves.



These people are United States Senators. Even though they are far left wing moonbats, you would think that they'd at least wait until the bodies of the victims cool before spouting their stupid, ignorant, partisan bullshit.

When Does Protected Speech Become Hate Speech?

You've probably all heard about the nitwit girl at Carnegie-Mellon University who has caused quite a stir with her parade getup.  Dressed as the Pope from the waist up, naked from the waist down, a cross shave into her pubic hair, handing out condoms as she flaunted her outrageousness down the parade route. 

What message she was trying to project is pretty clear - she thinks the Catholic Church is backwards in its stance towards contraceptives - and probably abortion as well.  She took the parade as a chance to voice that opinion, as well as shock people - which is what all liberal, far left, koolaid drinking college kids want, isn't it?  To get noticed?  Hell, this is probably the highlight of her life, and the biggest accomplishment of her to be launched career. 

It is outrageous.  Is it free speech, as protected by the First Amendment?  Isn't it against the law in PA to walk around naked?  Is this hate speech directed at an organized religion, which is a crime?

I guarantee that if she had made a similar statement about Islam, Obama and the rest of his Administration would be all over the news condemning it.  Holder and his Brownshirts would be on their way to arrest the young lady for inciting violence with her insensitive, racist, intolerant  exhibition of hatred towards the peace loving peoples of the Islamic faith.

Instead, since it is Christianity she is insulting, it is simply a protected expression of Free Speech, to be admired and applauded - according to the left.

So This Is Why Obama Likes Golf So Much ...

Have you ever wondered why Obama spends so much time on the golf course?  114 rounds so far during his presidency.  That's a lot of PTO over 4 years, far more than any 99% gets, that's for sure.  All paid for by the taxpayer, of course.  That's a lot of time on the green for someone who professes to be the best streetballer in the world.

Well, maybe its not the love of the game, or the recognition of the long history of beating little white balls with sticks. 

Here is Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) offering his opinion on what golf is good for.  His reason pretty well falls into line with what Obama believes.  Golf exists to provide money to the Government.

Of course, Ellison, Obama, and their far left buddies believe ALL money belongs to the Government, no matter who earns it or how - and Government is the only one qualified to distribute that money in a 'FAIR' way (Obama called it redistribution of wealth).

I can easily imagine Obama sitting in the Oval Office, feet propped up on the historic desk, watching the last round on Sunday afternoon, seeing who he's going to call the IRS on Monday about - to collect His share of the winner's purse.


Oh ... one last point.  Phil's treatment by the press and the PGA was blatantly racist.

Phil Mickelson was skewered not long ago when he made statements in the press concerning how much he was being taxed while living in California, and that he might move out of the state because of it.  He was immediately hammered in the press, and the PGA came down on him like a ton of bricks.  He was forced to retract the statement and apologize the next day, even though what he said was completely based in fact.

Here's the racist component.  Phil is white. 

Tiger Woods moved out of CA a couple of years ago, and he was quite open with the press about why - CA's high tax rates.  Wood's comments were treated as completely understandable by the media, and the PGA didn't stomp on him for an apology at all. 

Tiger is half black (which means he's in the same mold as His Highness, and therefore infallible).

ANYONE wanting to leave the Socialist Commune of California is completely in their right mind.  The state has turned into a looney bin, and is on its way to bankruptcy.  When you lose 63% of your income to Federal and state income taxes (not counting all the sales, usage, and other taxes that CA and local municipalities heap on), you'd be an idiot for not wanting to get out.

Insane Cuomo's Got Company

You might think that New York Governonr Andrew Cuomo is way out of line, and completely off his rocker when he passed the most restrictive state gun control laws in the nation, and tried to force through even more draconian measures - as decribed below.  Well, he's not out of the mainstream of the far left kook fringe.  He's about to have company...

Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-CA) is set to introduce an Assault Weapons Ban bill into the US Senate on Thursday.  Liberals, orgasmically giddy over the prospect, leaked details of what she will propose:

1)  Outright ban on the manufacture or sale of 120 specific weapons.

2)  Outright ban on the manufacture or sale of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, for any weapon.

3)  Outright ban on the sale or manufacture of any weapon that can accept a detachable magazine and has one other 'military style feature'. 

4)  Federal registration of any existing weapon that meets any of these criteria.

And more ... but those are the 'highpoints' that have the far left creaming their jeans.

The bill will probably not pass a vote in the Senate.  In fact, Harry Reid will more than likely not allow it to come up for a vote - because that would put 'on the record' some Dem Senators from states that are heavily pro-2nd Amendment.  They would have to either vote against Democrat leadership and His Highness, or vote for gun control and be booted out of office by the voters in the next election.

If for some reason it does pass through the Senate, it is DOA in the Republican controlled House.  Which is perfect for Dems, for then they can spend the 2014 mid-term elections crowing about how those evil Republicans supporting rich assault weapon owner child (not baby, mind you) killing Christians blocked Obama's perfectly understandable attempt to rid the country of all weapons.  Think that wouldn't happen?  I'll bet Obama's campaign mechanism is already drafting the material for it.

Dems know this will never fly.  It is a statement to their base.  It is also laying the groundwork for the future. 
There will immediately be calls for Republicans in the House to come up with their own proposals - it is a trap, and one to be avoided.  Boehner and his caucus should ignore the calls.

Remember, the far left in this country is like the Islamic terrorists we are fighting around the world - they are very patient, and don't mind waiting a while for their paradise.

New York's Governor Is Insane

NY Governor Andrew Cuomo has made no secret of his Presidential ambitions.  He has taken a series of steps since his ascension to NY's top seat, all formulated to build his far left kook base.  His recent popularity numbers (over the past 6 months) are around 70% (which tells you everything you need to know about the general population of New York).

He's passed through gay marriage legistlation.  He's pushed through the most restrictive gun control laws in the nation (more on that a little later).  He's now trying to endear himself to the far left kooks who believe abortions are a 'women's health issue'. 

His latest bill, called 'The Reproductive Health Care Act', allows unrestricted, elective abortions all the way until the moment of birth.  Currently, third trimester abortions are only allowed if the woman's life is in danger.  Now, a woman and her child killing partner can terminate the life of an unborn child up to the point where the child's last toes leave the womb. 

The bill goes further, making illegal any legislation that in any way restricts abortion or anything to do with abortion.  His goal is to turn NY State into the world's abortion capital.  I guess he thinks that will help their pathetic economy.


This hypocritical bastard also just rammed through an attack on the 2nd Amendment Rights of NY citizens, in the name of 'protecting the children'.  What a piece of shit Cuomo is.  With him and Mayor Doomburg in NYC being the faces of the state and city, its no wonder people from New York are fleeing to the sunbelt in record numbers.

NY State Rep. Steve McLaughlin (R) has brought to light the extent of what Cuomo and his Dem minions in the NY State House were trying to push through as parts of the NY SAFE Act (otherwise known as the Adolph Hitler Memorial Gun Confiscation Act).  15 proposals were cut from the final voted on bill, apparently because Democrats knew they were so heinous that public outcry would prevent the bill from passing into law.  Democrats then tried like hell to keep these 15 proposals from becoming public knowledge - they know that the release of this information will piss a lot of New Yorkers off;

1. Confiscation of “assault weapons”
2. Confiscation of ten round clips
3. Statewide database for ALL Guns
4. Continue to allow pistol permit holder’s information to be released to the public
5. Label semiautomatic shotguns with more than 5 rounds or pistol grips as “assault weapons”
6. Limit the number of rounds in a magazine to 5 and confiscation and forfeiture of banned magazines
7. Limit possession to no more than two (2) magazines
8. Limit purchase of guns to one gun per person per month
9. Require re-licensing of all pistol permit owners
10. Require renewal of all pistol permits every five years
11. State issued pistol permits
12. Micro-stamping of all guns in New York State
13. Require licensing of all gun ammo dealers
14. Mandatory locking of guns at home
15. Fee for licensing, registering weapons

Rep. McClaughlin tried to bring this information up in session, but was prevented - and then his Democrat counterpart begged him not to make the information public.  Very instructive ... NY has learned how to pass legislation from Obama - in the dark of night, out of view of the public they are supposed to serve ...








Thank you, Rep. McLaughlin, for bringing this out into the public eye.  Note the discomfort the Democrat keeps showing as he tries to explain the unexplainable.  Exposing these left wing creeps will make them scurry for the cover of a rock to hide under.

Don't You Dare Complain!

To all of you who voted for Obama, or couldn't find enough energy to vote against him, you are going to receive a bunch of surprises in the coming months.  DON'T YOU DARE BE SURPRISED, AND YOU BY GOD BETTER NOT COMPLAIN. 

1)  Income tax rates on folks who make $400K or more haas gone up to 39.6%  That means that 40% of everything you earn goes straight to Obama.  If you are a Democrat and make a bunch of money, you better not complain about your bigger tax bill, and you better not try to find more tax shelters to hide behind.  After all, you voted for the guy who promised to raise your taxes, and in the words of Sheriff Joe Biden, if you don't pay more taxes, you ain't patriotic.

2)  The temporary reduction in payroll reductions for Social Security expired on Jan.1, meaning that everyone who pays Social Security taxes saw their take home pay reduced.  EVERYONE.  Obama did not push to extend that temporary redction.  Those of you who weren't paying attention, and thought that there was no way Obama would raise ANY taxes on the middle class (after all, he PROMISED!) don't have a leg to stand on to complain about this.

3)  Everyone's income tax rates have gone up this year, no matter what Obama says.  The tax tables have gone up.  You will pay more in income tax than last year (all things being equal), whether you are upper class or middle class.  If you are lower class, see 4) below.

4)  More people will pay NO income tax this year than last - which was a record year for the number of people who pay nothing for the services they receive.  More people who pay no income tax will receive 'refunds' for taxes they did not pay.  All in the name of 'fairness'. 

5)  DO NOT complain when your tax preparer starts asking you questions about your health insurance.  Don't be indignant when you are asked to produce docmentation showing you have health insurance.  DO NOT complain if you are not insured, and get a 'fine' tacked onto your income tax.  After all, you voted for it!

6)  DO NOT complain when your tax preparer charges you more than last year.  After all, they are doing a lot more, for they have become Obamacare's enforcer.

7)  If you have employer supplied insurance, don't be surprised if your portion of the premiums goes up, and goes up by a bunch.  Don't be surprised if your employer drops your insurance, leaving you out in the cold as far as healthcare goes - for it will be cheaper for them to pay a fine than it will be to pay for substantial increases in your insurance premiums.  If you don't realize that this was a very specific goal of Obamacare, then you haven't been paying attention, and you deserve what you get.

8)  Don't be surprised when you get screwed for more taxes on your investments.  Remember, you voted for the guy who promised to increase capital gains taxes by a large amount.

Don't complain.  Don't try to duck your increased tax burden.  Don't try to sidestep Obamacare.  You voted for the man who told you what he was going to do.  If you were stupid enough to believe him about how it wasn't going to cost you anything, then you deserve to lose more of your money.

How Will The Left Spin This Into GOP Racism?

South Carolina Governor Haley appointed Rep. Tim Scott as replacement for Jim Demint, who resigned his US Senate seat after winning reelection.  Rep. Scott was elected to the US House of Representatives as part of the 2010 GOP landslide.  Rep. Scott is considered by Republicans as a conservative that can be counted on to uphold conservative values while in Congress.

Those on the left will immediately label this as another example of right wing extremist racism.  Why not?  Eveything that Republicans do is labeled as racist.

Governor Nikki Haley is female.  She was born Nimrata Nikki Randhawa, to Sikh parents who immigrated legally to this country from India.  A rising star in the GOP, she is a conservative - and a female - and a minority.  You would think that this would make her a darling to the liberal left.  Not so ... her politics aren't liberal, so her sex and heritage are irrelevant - she is still an evil, racist, rich, fat cat toy of the rich whities who make up the Republican Party.

Rep., now Senator, Tim Scott is an African-American male.  He is a staunch conservative who was swept into the US House by the Tea Party wave in 2010.  He will be the only black US Senator in the upcoming Congress.  He is the seventh black US Senator in the history of our country.  You would think that the Democrats would be praising Obama (or God) for such a progressive moment.  Not so ... Scott has been labeled Uncle Tom, racist (for abandoning liberal principles), token, irrelevant, and worse.  He is a target for the left, not an accomplishment.

7 black Senators in our history.  Why?  If African-American accomplishment is so important to the Democrat Party, if they are the champions of the minorities, why haven't they put forth more black Senatorial candidates?  You figure that at any given time, there are an average of 50 Senate seats owned by Democrats.   How many of those seats should be held by blacks, or Hispanics, Native Americans, or Eskimos, etc ... during any specific Congressional session - if you listen to the Democrat line of equal, fair, racially proper representation?

You will notice that the only three Democrats on this list all held the SAME Senate seat, one after the other.  Where are all the other blacks that should have been in the Senate representing the Democrat Party over the past 200+ years?  According to the Democrat mantra, there should have been at least two black Democrat Senators in each and every session of Congress - that is if Democrats actually considered black Americans as anything other than a captive voting block.

And Republicans are the racists ... seriously?

Senator Scott - Congratulations.  I wish you all the success in the world as you represent your state and conservative ideals.  I mean this with all the respect in the world ... I don't care what color your skin is.

The Bullsh*t Of Racial Code Words

Ever since Obama started running for office back in 2006 (yes, all the time he spent in the US Senate was just his campaign for the White House - don't believe me, check his 'absent' voting record), Democrats and other left wing kooks, plus the mainstream media have used a weapon to fight the Right - anything said against His Highness is 'Racist'.

Someone cannot be opposed to anything His Highness does, without that person being a racist.  Anything said in opposition is racist slurs, or worse yet, the dreaded 'Racist Code Words'.

Racist Code Words are an invention of the mainstream media, who had to find a way of attacking people on the Right, even when they didn't have anything to attack them with.  Anything said becomes a code word that is supposed to trigger visceral racial hatred in the sub-conscious of all white people.

What a load of bullshit.

Dispicable, dirty, underhanded, dishonest, evil ... and it works.  Look at how many times anything a Republican said was lambasted by His Highness' minions on MSNBC, CNN, NPR, etc., as a racist attack.  A Republican literally could not disagree with anything Obama did or said without being labeled a racist.  This wasn't by accident - it was calculated, and it will continue.

The example playing out in front of us right now is how John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and Kelly Ayotte (all Republican Senators) are being savaged for their racial attack on Susan Rice, Obama's Ambassador to the UN.  Rice's outright lies to the public in the wake of the Libya scandal have caused serious doubt as to her 'worthiness' to assume the office of Secretary of State (which Obama seems to be positioning her for).  Not one of these Senators has said a single word about Rice's skin color, or her color having anything to do with her job her qualifications, or her being guilty of lying to us.  Yet - they are all racists to be hated and despised for their KKK like attack on Obama's pet. How dare they attack one of His Highness' followers?

Get used to it.  This will be the continuing tactic for the next 4 years.  It works, and Democrats are never called to task for it by their media lapdogs.   No one brought onto TV or the internet to attack those on the Right for using Racial Code is EVER asked to explain exactly how it is racist code.

For the life of me, I can't figure out what a Racist Code Word is actually supposed to be.  To me, if you use a racist word directed at someone, it's a pretty obvious word.

There is one Racist Code Word that we have been hearing and will continue to hear constantly from the left;

Fair   ... or Fairness.

This word is racist code that means only one thing to its target audience;

Take it all from rich whitey, and give it to the bruthas and sistas ...


To the Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans, etc, out there who don't understand this, you NEED to understand - your races are a sideshow to Obama and the people behind him.  You are being used to deliver a counted upon voting block - that's all.  If you think Obama is fighting for you, you need to look at his record a lot closer.  You have delivered your votes to him, now he has no need to pander to you and your causes anymore.

To all those 'middle class' white people, the ones Obama's staff wrote off a year ago - do you think he's fighting for you?  Seriously?  Now that he's gotten your vote and doesn't need you anymore, do you think he's going to bat for you?  Yeah, you just keep believing that as your taxes go up, and up ... and up ... and up.  Keep singing His praises as you watch more and more of your money being taken away and given to someone else.  Stay at His altar while you stand in line to see some bureaucrat to get permission to see a nameless, generic doctor 3 months from now.

I hate racism.  I believe everyone should stand up and be judged for what they are, not by their skin color.  It pains me to see our country embroiled in racism to an extent that hasn't been seen since the early days of the Civil Rights movement.  It pains me even more to see the leader of our country, the man who promised to get us beyond racial barriers, purposely feeding the fires of racism to strenghten his position.  It hurts to see fabricated racial wedges driven between our people, ON PURPOSE, in order to further a left wing political agenda.  It is really painful to see the mainstream media, the people who are supposed to hold the government, all government, accountable for the people, gleefully participating in this destructive effort.

Is Legalized Pot Our Fiscal Answer?

Tuesday's election gave the residents of two states, Colorado and Washington, the right to legally raise, own, and smoke pot, not only for medicinal uses, but for recreational use as well.  So, people in those states can get stoned whenever they want, and the cops can't do anything about it.

There is still some question about exactly what this means, since pot is still illegal under Federal law - but no one expects the Obama Administration to try and prosecute anyone for smoking pot in these two states.  After all, Obama is the Stoner-In-Chief.

Besides the rank stupidity of doing this, it does raise some interesting possibilities for those two states.  Why not tax the hell out of pot, since you've got such a groundswelling of support for its use?  The precedent is there - taxes on cigarettes and liquor are tremendously high (so called sin taxes).  Why not soak pot users as well?

I propose that Colorado and Washington impose a 50% sales tax on legal marijuana sales in their states.  I propose the Feds impose an additional 50% use tax.  So, 100% in taxes, to be collected upon the legal sale of each and every doobie. 

That would pay for a lot of free shit, wouldn't it?

(Oh, don't be surprised when residents of these two states start clamoring for the government to provide them pot at no charge - more of the free shit Obama promised them in exchange for their votes.)

(Also don't be surprised when Democrats start talking about legalizing pot nationwide - a lot of the more far left wingers are already discussing it openly!)

Update - Of course, this won't happen.  Primarily because the people who are going to take advantage of smoking pot legally are the same ones who will expect pot to be part of their free shit shipment each month from the government.  And you don't pay taxes on free shit, do you?

Democrats - The Party of Racism and Hatred

The tired old line coming from the left has been used for decades ...  Republicans hate.  Republicans hate the poor.  Republicans hate the middle class.  Republicans hate blacks.  Republicans hate (insert ANY minority group).  Republicans hate Jews.  Republicans hate Muslims. 

Republicans hate anyone who is not a rich, white, Christian.

Look at the hatred being flung around these days, all in preparation for an Obama loss.  All over social networking you see complete idiots threatening to kill Romney, kill whitey, start riots, burn America to the ground, etc.  You've got Bill Maher, lunatic left wing fool on HBO, telling his audience that whites better look out if Obama loses, because blacks know where they live.  You've got the 'pastor' who swore Obama into office reiterating that he thinks all white people will burn in hell.  You've got Chris Matthews making crap up, on the air, predicting race wars if his idol loses.

Look at the New Black Panthers, who have promised to show up at polling places, like they did last time, to make sure 'their' voters are not intimidated (yeah, it requires military style uniforms and nightsticks to do that!).

Now, you don't hear any of this coming from Obama himself (though you do hear it from the mass media outlets who worship him, and some select idiot members of Congress, state, and local governments).  However, since Obama has refused to come out and distance himself from or apologize for these peoplke, he is by default endorsing their behavoir.  (And if you think that's ludicrous, how many times have Republicans been held responsible for what some idiot, not associated with them, stupidly says?)

Do you hear anything even remotely as caustic as this left wing crap coming from the right?  Anyone threatening to burn down America if Romney loses?  (I'm sure there are a few flakes out there who might be off their rocker, but you don't find them covered on or working for television networks!)

Who is REALLY spitting the hatred?


By the way - the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was pressed for and passed by REPUBLICANS, who fought an almost unanimous Democrat effort to keep it from becoming law!

You know who created the KKK?  Democrats, in the wake of the Civil War.  Southern Democrats continued fighting the Civil War for 10 years after the South surrendered, during a period of time referred to as 'Reconstruction'.  Thousands of ex-slaves and anti-slavery folks were killed during those years.  Republican driven efforts of the US Army to fight Southern Democrats really were a second war, involving campaigns and pitched battles.  The KKK was formed by pro-slavery Democrats during this period as the para-military arm of the Democrat Party.

President Obama is headed to NY.  One would think he'd be going to the UN General Assembly.  You would think he'd be going there to tell the world that the US is not happy with the anti-American fervor being whipped up against us int he Middle East by Isdlamic extremists.  One would think he'd have a series of meetings set up with diplomats from the countries in the region, expressing our outrage at the murder of our Libyan Ambassodor and three others.  You'd think he'd be meeting with our Allies to build their support for our fight against these terrorists and the states that support them.  One would think that ...

But no.  President Obama is going to NY to tape another visit with Whoopi and the liberal cackle-fest that is The View.  How many times has he sat down with these idiots?  Are they maybe ganging up on him in the green room?

I'd like to think that this was an isolated incident, but its not.  While our embassies were burning, while our Ambassador was being murdered and in the aftermath, Obama was on the campaign trail, stumping and raising money.  Disgusting.

The Madness Of The Lunatic Left

A startling example of the lunatic left's agenda popped up in a US District Court in Boston.  Judge Mark Wolf ruled in favor of a taxpayer funded sex change operation for a convicted murderer.

Robert Koselik was convicted of the 1990 murder of his wife, and is serving a life sentence in the Mass State Pen.  This creature started hormone treatments in prison (tax payer funded), and lives in an all male prison.  Special 'accomodations', all costing taxpayer money, have to be constantly in place to protect the now "Michelle' Koselik from its fellow prisoners.

Koselik first sued the Mass Dept of Corrections in 2000.  Judge Wolf ruled in favor of everything short of surgery to accomdate Koselik's desire to become 'female'.  Koselik again sued in 2005, and added electrolysis treatments to the medically 'mandatory' treatments he was seeking.

Judge Wolf, in a 126 page ruling, ordered prison officials to give Koselik what it wants, citing the creature's 'serious medical need'.  Judge Wolf declined to give any guidance to the officials on where 'it' would be housed after surgery, or how the procedures and following 'accomodations' were to be paid for.  In other words, Mass taxpayers will pay for every bit of it, and be on the hook for any future treatments and whatever special security and housing arrangements that have to be made in order to keep 'it' safe while it lives out its life behind bars.  (In essence, the prison will have to build a seperate 'prison within a prison' to keep it safe from the other prisoners.)

Judge Wolf was appointed to his position on the bench by Ronald Reagan in 1985.  One wonders what Reagan would think about that appointment if he had the chance to see this ruling.  One also wonders what the people of Mass think about their money being squandered on bullshit like this ...

Update - a day after Judge Wolf's decision, leaders of the LGBT movement came out and praised it for advancing the cause of rights for transgendered.  Wow - your movement is pretty pathetic if your poster child is a convicted murderer.  These people completely missed the point. 

The point of all the uproar over this is the fact that taxpayer money is being used to provide this ELECTIVE procedure and its lifelong results to a PRISONER who was convicted of murder.  If this creature was a private citizen, out and free, and paid for this with his own money/insurance, there's no problem at all.

Obama's 1984 - Well Underway

The left's vision of a society where a small group of government ideologs control everything in our lives, because they know better than we do, is continuing to advance whether we want it to or not.

The latest is more insanity from the mind of Michael Bloomberg, Lunatic-In-Chief of New York City.

Bloomberg has decided he and his close advisors are going to save New Yorkers from themselves.  Bans on trans fats in restaurants, bans on smoking, bans on drinks containing sugar, bans on salt, rules concerning how big a bag of popcorn can be sold, etc.  While some of what he proposes and puts into place in a dictatorial fashion might be good for a person to decide for themselves, it is not government's right or responsibility to micromanage every detail of our lives.  Period.

Those ont he left are anxiously observing his efforts.  Make no mistake - they would love to institute control over us like this all across our nation.

Bloomberg's latest adventure in government overreach?  Forcing new mothers to breast feed.  Seriously ...

The Latch on NY program will restrict access to formula in New York hospitals.  The purpose is to force moms who have delivered in those facilites to breast feed their kids, rather than feed them formula.  Formula will no longer be given in new mom kits.  Formula will be held behind locked cabinets, and controlled with the same zeal as prescription drugs.  Formula will be provided to moms only upon request, one can at a time, if the mom's doctor will provide a medical reason for formula rather than breast milk, and will be delivered only after a hospital administrator has given a speech to the mom on how bad she is for giving formula to their child.  Every can or bottle of formula delivered will be documented in patient records, just like prescription drugs.

A spokesperson for Staten Island University Hospital (which is embracing the new edict), Lisa Paladino stated that "The key to getting more moms to breastfeed is making the formula less accessible.  This way, the RN has to sign out the formula like any other medication.  The nurse's aid can't just go get another bottle."

So, you stupid moms - you aren't capable of making the right decision.  Your government has decided that you must breastfeed your child, no matter what you think, wish, or believe.  How do you like that?  If they can force you to breastfeed, one of the most intimate aspects of your personal life, what else can they force you to do?

This isn't some wild proposal that has no chance of being put into action.  This is a new rule in the city of New York, and it will be put into place on September 3.  I wonder how many New Yorkers actually know this is being done.

Update - Where the hell is the National Organization for Women on this?  The NAGs are militantly opposed to any restrictions at all on a woman's choice whether or not to abort a child.  Shouldn't they be rioting in NY's streets over this restriction on a woman's choice of how to feed their child?  (Of course they won't - NAGs are just a bunch of haard left liberals who are using woman's rights to hide their efforts.)

Where is the ACLU on this, and Bloomberg's other edicts restricting personal freedom?  Aren't they against all government oversight and control?  (Of course not - they just want to forward a liberal agenda, and are using civil rights and other causes to hide behind.)

How many times have those on the left berated the right for being 'intolerant'?  Indeed, isn't that one of the cornerposts for being a liberal - to be tolerant of others, their lifestyles, and their choices?  Well, perhaps in their minds it is, but in reality, its quite the opposite ...

These Would Be Funny, If They Weren't True!

Hate To Say I Told You So, But ...

In this blog back on May 10, I wondered what would happen to the legal definiton of marriage, now that His Highness has come out in favor of same sex marriages.  Well, it didn't take long for the assault to begin ...

California's legislature (any surprise there?) is considering legislation that would redefine the family, allowing the legal definition to include more than two parents.  That's right.  A family unit could have 3 or more parents under the new proposed legal definition.

CA State Senator Mark Leno (D- San Francisco) came up with this.  His stated justification was to provide a stable parent lineage in case of divorce of a child's original parents, or in the very rare occurence where both parents cannot function as legal guardians.  That's a bullshit smokescreen.  These far left wing kooks are hell bent on abolishing the very definition of what a family is, what parents are.  As far as they are concerned, kids should grow up as wards of the State, in communes where they can be indoctrinated more easily.  Sounds a lot like the Soviet Unions, or North Korea, doesn't it?

You might think that this outrage against our society wouldn't see the light of day in California's State House.  WRONG!  It has already passed the CA Senate, and is under consideration in the Assembly.

If this passes, as it appears it will, this means that a child in California could not only have two mothers, or two fathers (both of which are terrible enough for the well being of the child), but could have two mothers and a father ... or four fathers ... or 50 various pot heads living in a commune.  The child doesn't get a choice.  The child can't choose whether they would like to be raised in a normal, legitimate, natural family.

I haven't seen anything on how parents will be defined, how they gain 'parent' status in the eyes of the State.  What kind of perverted bureaucratic mess will that be?  How long before the State steps in and decides that it can be a parent?
