Rabid anti-Jewish and anti-Isreal reporter Helen Thomas has been awarded a prize for her journalistic efforts by the Palestinian Liberation Organizaion. That's right, a terrorist organization has recognized an American reporter for supporting them so much over the years.
According to the Washington office of the PLO, Thomas was recognized "for all of her actions supporting Palestine in the West."
Thomas was a senior Washington journalist. If you saw White House press conferences up until a couple of years ago, you couldn't help but seeing this old fossil sitting in the front row.
She was dismissed, finally, when she went too far in 2010, stating in an interview that "Jews should get the hell out of Palestine. Go home. Poland, Germany, America, and everywhere else."
This woman never made any attempt to act neutral in her reporting over the years. She was a staunch liberal since the days of JFK, and made no effort to hide it. Now 91, she is just as vile and full of hate as ever. I don't know who I hold in contempt more over their anti-semitism - her, or Jimmy Carter.
